It's been 10 years since I changed careers and began my caregiving journey for both the neurodiverse community as well as seniors. It's been 10 years of me teaching yoga at the Arc of Monmouth and surrounding myself with such amazing humans who make me feel like a rock star every time I enter the building or engage with my students. Help me reach my celebratory goal of $1,000.00 for a community I cherish.
